Janelle is the therapist, coach, and consultant you want by your side when life feels overwhelming. She has dedicated her career to helping professional women of color and couples transform experiences of pain, loss, and discomfort into pathways for growth and healing. Janelle’s expertise empowers clients to gain clarity, heal, and implement strategies to reach their life goals with confidence and resilience. Her success is measured by the lasting impact she’s made, working with clients in both private practice and the nonprofit sector.

Since 2014, Janelle has provided individual, family, group counseling, and coaching services to teens, adults, families, and couples. She has worked across diverse settings, including VNSNY Hospice Bereavement, Pathways to Graduation for re-entry youth, NY Court-mandated Alternative to Incarceration programs, NYC Foster care, and outpatient clinics.

Although Janelle has cut back on client hours, she is now focused on developing the next generation of clinicians and expanding her thriving practice. She is deeply committed to ensuring that both her clients and her team of professionals continue to grow and succeed.

Janelle’s mission is to transform pain into power and help the voiceless find their voice. She understands firsthand the difficulty of finding the right therapist and the nerves that come with seeking help. That’s why she’s committed to creating a safe, relatable, and empowering space where clients can turn their toughest moments into sources of strength, grit, and purpose.
