Schedule a free Consultation Call with Simply Redefining Wellness & Counseling to help you choose the right next step. During this brief call, a member of our Admin Team will learn what you’re looking for, answer questions about our services and process, and guide you toward the best fit. You’ll select the type of support you’re interested in on the intake form (for example: individual therapy, couples therapy, or another service). Please note: this is not a therapy session. If you decide to move forward, we’ll match you with a clinician and schedule an introductory call with your assigned provider.
