find your
community
A support group is a space to connect with people who get it. You will receive encouragement, community, and practical guidance as you work through a shared concern.
Simply Redefining support groups can be a great first step or a strong addition to individual therapy. Groups typically meet every other week and may run as 6, 8, or 12-week series. Some groups are ongoing, and others are seasonal based on community needs. Groups may be offered virtually or in-person depending on the group and season.
Groups range from $30 to $60 per session. After you submit the form below, someone from our team will reach out with next steps and availability.
