I believe therapy is a place where healing begins with connection. My heart is for helping people navigate life’s challenges—whether that means working through trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles—while also shining a light on the importance of men’s mental health. Too often, men are told to hide their emotions or carry their pain in silence. I want to create a space where that silence can be broken, where strength is found in vulnerability, and where every person feels safe enough to show up as their authentic self.
My approach is collaborative and rooted in compassion. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and somatic therapy, but I believe the real power of therapy lies in the relationship we build together. Through empathy, curiosity, and trust, I walk alongside clients as they uncover patterns, build resilience, and step into the possibility of change.
