Randolph M. Bruny

Associate Therapist

I believe therapy is a place where healing begins with connection. My heart is for helping people navigate life’s challenges—whether that means working through trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles—while also shining a light on the importance of men’s mental health. Too often, men are told to hide their emotions or carry their pain in silence. I want to create a space where that silence can be broken, where strength is found in vulnerability, and where every person feels safe enough to show up as their authentic self.

My approach is collaborative and rooted in compassion. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and somatic therapy, but I believe the real power of therapy lies in the relationship we build together. Through empathy, curiosity, and trust, I walk alongside clients as they uncover patterns, build resilience, and step into the possibility of change.

Outside of therapy, I stay grounded through faith, family, music, travel, and laughter with loved ones. These joys remind me of the same truth I hold for my clients: growth and healing are always possible.

What can clients expect in a session with you?

When you step into session with me, my hope is that you immediately feel safe, respected, and cared for. I bring a warm, grounded presence and meet you with genuine curiosity about your story. Together, we’ll explore patterns, identify emotions, and make sense of your experiences in a way that feels comfortable and at your pace. While I use tools like CBT, mindfulness, and somatic therapy, the real focus is on building a relationship where all parts of you are welcome—even the ones that feel hardest to share. My goal is that you leave each session feeling seen, supported, and encouraged.

How do you incorporate faith or spirituality into your sessions?

For clients who wish to bring faith into therapy, I welcome it as a source of strength, hope, and grounding. Sometimes this looks like exploring how your faith shapes the way you cope, other times it may mean processing religious trauma or reconnecting with beliefs in a way that feels healing. I always honor your values and spiritual journey, offering space where faith can be integrated in a way that supports your growth and well-being.

What inspires you about the work you do?

I’m deeply inspired by the courage it takes to show up for therapy—to be vulnerable, to share your truth, and to lean into the possibility of change. It’s a privilege to witness clients begin to recognize their own resilience and to embrace their authentic selves. What moves me most are those moments of breakthrough—when someone who once felt broken realizes they are whole, human, and worthy of compassion. That transformation is why I do this work.

Who do you work with—and what draws you to them?

I work with individuals, young adults, and men navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions. I’m drawn to these journeys because I know how isolating they can sometimes feel, and I believe no one should walk them alone. Creating a space where people—especially men—can lay down the weight of silence and step into vulnerability is at the heart of my work.
