I am a Counselor, Educator, and Maternal Health Advocate with a heart for young adults, teens, mothers, and women. My mission goes beyond the therapy room—I want to support, encourage, and empower clients to thrive in every area of life. My approach is faith-based, integrative, and culturally sensitive, always tailored to each person’s unique needs and story. I believe that many struggles are rooted in developmental and environmental experiences, but every individual holds the resilience and strength to navigate those challenges.
