Bianca Gambrah
Lead Therapist and Clinical Supervisor
For me, therapy is a sacred and empowering space where healing begins, truth is embraced, and transformation unfolds. As both a therapist and a faith-based coach, I walk alongside clients as they reclaim their strength, own their stories, and step fully into their purpose.
With over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping professionals, couples, and leaders transform stress, grief, and trauma into opportunities for growth and healing. I draw from EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and the Gottman Method to create a supportive, results-oriented space for breakthroughs. My Afro-Caribbean and African diaspora heritage also shapes my passion for guiding individuals through cultural identity, generational trauma, and spiritual growth.
Beyond one-on-one therapy, I partner with organizations to promote resilience, leadership development, and mental health awareness—especially in faith-based and professional spaces. Whether working with individuals, couples, or groups, my commitment is always to walk with compassion, respect, and a deep belief in every client’s capacity for wholeness and success.

What can clients expect in a session with you?
In our sessions, you’ll find a space that feels welcoming, safe, and free of judgment. My style is warm and compassionate, while also providing the structure and guidance needed for meaningful growth. Together, we’ll explore your story at a pace that feels right for you—whether that means processing past experiences, learning new coping tools, or setting goals for the future. I draw from approaches like EMDR, CBT, and the Gottman Method, but more than anything, I want you to feel truly seen, heard, and supported as we walk this journey together.
How do you incorporate faith or spirituality into your sessions?
For those who desire it, I gently weave faith and spirituality into the work we do together. This may look like grounding in scripture, drawing on prayer, or reflecting on how your spiritual beliefs shape your healing and growth. My goal is to honor your journey and integrate spirituality in a way that feels authentic to you. For many of my clients, this creates a deeper sense of alignment and purpose in their healing.
What inspires you about the work you do?
What inspires me most is witnessing the courage it takes to lean into healing and transformation. It’s an incredible honor to walk alongside people as they move from pain to purpose, reconnect with their faith, and rediscover their strength. I’m especially drawn to supporting professionals, leaders, and culturally diverse clients who often carry the weight of being “the strong one.” Creating space for them to pause, release, and grow isn’t just meaningful work—it’s my calling.
As a clinical supervisor, what is your supervision style?
In supervision, I create the same kind of supportive and collaborative environment I offer in therapy. My style is relational and development-focused, blending encouragement with honest feedback to help emerging clinicians grow in both confidence and skill. Together, we’ll reflect on cases, explore your clinical voice, and build a foundation rooted in cultural humility, ethical integrity, and trauma-informed practice. My hope is that supervisees not only develop strong clinical skills, but also learn to lead with authenticity, compassion, and confidence.
