Leadership & Vision

As Clinical Director, Janelle leads a dedicated team of therapists who share her vision for holistic, culturally responsive, and faith-integrated care. Through her consulting brand, A Flourished Life Coaching & Consulting, she equips emerging clinicians and entrepreneurs with the tools to build sustainable, purpose-driven practices that reflect both competence and compassion.

Beyond the therapy room, Janelle partners with corporate and faith-based organizations to strengthen emotional wellness, leadership, and communication through customized mental-health education and professional development programs. She also develops and leads programming and curriculum that help organizations enhance youth development, crisis response, family engagement, restorative practices, and staff development. In doing so, she equips leaders and teams to understand their emotions, communicate with confidence, and build environments where people thrive.
