Lead Therapist

Sometimes life feels heavy—and you’re not quite sure where to begin. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship tension, or a major life transition, I want you to know: you don’t have to carry it alone.

I have nearly a decade of experience supporting teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I became a therapist because I believe healing happens when we show up as we are—honest, hurting, hopeful—and invite God into the process. Therapy is sacred work, and I consider it a privilege to sit with people as they unpack their stories, reconnect with themselves, and step into emotional and spiritual wholeness.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in my Christian faith. I integrate biblical principles with evidence-based methods like CBT, mindfulness, and family systems therapy to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting change. If you’re looking for a space where you can explore both your mental health and your relationship with God, you’ve found a good place to start.

Outside of session, I recharge by spending time in the garden, creating art, or even tidying up as a way to unwind.

One quote that grounds me is: “I can’t change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.” I believe God gives us that grace—again and again.

What’s it like to be in session with you?

My goal is to create a space where you can exhale and be fully yourself. I show up with compassion, curiosity, and honesty, meeting you right where you are. Our sessions are collaborative—I ask thoughtful questions, offer practical tools, and invite reflection that helps you gain clarity and grow. It’s not just about talking; it’s about healing and moving forward with hope.

How does your Christian faith show up in therapy?

Faith is the foundation of my life and my work. I believe God is the ultimate Healer, and I invite His presence into every session. Depending on your comfort, this may include prayer, Scripture reflection, or faith-based practices like journaling. Nothing is ever forced—together we co-create a space that honors both your emotional health and your spiritual journey.

Who do you work with—and what draws you to them?

I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families—especially those navigating transitions, relational challenges, or emotional overwhelm. I feel called to help people untangle what’s happening beneath the surface, guiding them toward greater clarity, confidence, and connection with themselves and their loved ones.

What makes your approach different?

I approach therapy through the lens of both faith and clinical insight. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My style is relational and client-centered—focused on your story, your values, and what truly matters to you. Clients often share that they feel spiritually seen, emotionally supported, and safe in our work together. Whether we’re addressing emotional patterns or deepening your connection with God, we’ll move at a pace that honors your process.

Ready to Begin?

Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, or a season of transition, I’d be honored to walk with you.
